Your product will be shipped with a small or large parcel carrier, examples include FedEx, Estes etc...We choose the freight carrier based on the overall size of the product and the quantity that is purchased.
We gladly accept returns if you change your mind! To be eligible:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Ensure the product remains in its original condition. Please make your decision before opening the product to keep it in new condition.
We’ve got you covered if damage occurs:
- At delivery: If you notice damage during delivery, please reject the shipment and inform the freight carrier. Then, contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund, based on your preference.
- After delivery: If you discover damage within 3 business days of delivery, contact customer service right away. Provide photos of the shipping box and the damaged item. Our team will work with you to ensure satisfaction, offering either a replacement or a refund.
- While several of our products include a warranty, not all items are covered. For products that do come with a warranty, the terms and duration may vary. Specific warranty details for each product can be found on the product’s page.
- Warranties do not cover damage, defects, or issues resulting from mistreatment, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
