General Questions

  • Can You Ship Internationally?

    We can ship internationally, but we only offer free shipping to the United States. However, we are in the process of expanding our shipping options to other countries. If you need items shipped outside the United States, Contact Us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

  • What Kind of Warranty Do You Offer?

    It varies per item, but you can expect a one year warranty on our items unless noted otherwise.

  • What is Your Return Policy?

    If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. For more info check our Returns page.

  • How Can I Contact You?

    Our hours of operations are Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm | Fri 8am-12pm | Sat-Sun Closed. Certain holidays can affect this schedule. You can also email and someone will get back to you within 48 hours (Usually closer to same day). You can also visit our Contact Us page.

User Account

  • Why Do You Need My Phone Number?

    Due to their size, some of our products are shipped through LTL which requires scheduling a drop-off time. We only call to coordinate a time between you and the shipper. We will never share or use your phone number for marketing purposes.

  • What If I Need To Change My Shipping Address?

    If you have not ordered yet click here. If you have placed an order Contact Us ASAP. If your item has not shipped yet we can change it without issue. If it has shipped we will contact the shipper to try to resolve this issue.

  • I Can't Access My Account.

    If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password. If you forgot which email you signed up with then Contact Us and we will have to manually verify it's you before releasing any information.

Shipping Questions

  • What Shipping Methods Do You Use?

    We use FedEx for ground shipped items. For larger items that ship LTL(less-than-truckload) we use Estes and XPO.

  • What if I Need an Item Expedited?

    Contact Us. We are willing to accommodate customers whenever we are able to.

  • How Much Is Shipping?

    We offer free shipping to your door on all our items. Rarely, abnormal fees or restrictions are discovered after your order is placed and RRI Goods will contact you with the additional charges and you will have the opportunity to accept the charges or cancel/modify your order. We also provide options if you would like expedited shipping for an extra shipping fee.

  • Can I Track My Order?

    Yes. Once we have a tracking number you will recieve an email with shipper info and a tracking number. Also on your Orders page you can click the order number and scroll down to "Shipping Details".

Order Issues

  • What If My Item Is Damaged In Transit?

    Rarely, items can get damaged in shipping. If you see damage on your box, make sure to take pictures of the packaging and the item. Then Contact Us and we will help you start a case with the shipper to have your item replaced.

  • What If I'm Missing An Item from My Order?

    If for some reason you find something is missing in your order, Contact Us we will promptly send you whatever was missing free of charge.

  • How Long Before My Refund Is Processed?

    RRI Goods will process your refund within 5-10 business days that your return is received by RRI Goods.
